Seasonal Laborer

Madison Property Management, a local family-owned, full-service property management company, is hiring a Seasonal Laborer. This is a full-time, hourly, in person position. The shift is Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Occasional weekend work may be needed for turns. PLEASE NOTE: This is a full time, seasonal position, May – October.

Responsibilities / Duties:
  • Remove large items from units after tenant move out
  • Deliver appliances and assist with installation of washer/dryers, fridge, and stove
  • Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must be physically able to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
  • Comfortable using smart phones
  • Driver's license
  • Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
  • Overtime is mandatory during August-September campus turnover, including weekend work.
