Condominium Manager

Madison Property Management, Inc. is looking for an independent, detail oriented individual to join our team as a Condominium Manager. The Condominium Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of a portfolio of condominium associations in and around the Madison Area.

MPM’s Condominium Division is willing to work with the right applicant to enhance his or her skillset to fit this position.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized and detail oriented. This individual must be comfortable juggling multiple projects at once without missing deadlines and can change frequently from one task to another without losing efficiency or composure. The Condominium Manager should have extremely high standards and have no trouble setting and accomplishing his or her own goals. This person should be prepared to work well both individually and on a team.

Responsibilities / Duties:
  • Quickly and capably learn and work in MPM’s internal property management software system
  • Understand and be able to articulate condominium documents (e.g. declaration, bylaws, rules and regulations, etc.)
  • Communicate with condominium owners, vendors, volunteer leaders, and contractors to ensure that condominium association goals are met or exceeded
  • Work with vendors to bid projects and determine scope of work
  • Attend condominium association board meetings in accordance with the contract between the management company and the community association
  • Prepare meeting agendas and corresponding paperwork for condominium association board meetings, as needed
  • Provide top notch customer service to the condominium associations for day to day operations, maintenance issues, problems, questions, etc.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Insured personal vehicle (company reimburses mileage)
  • Working knowledge of computers and basic Microsoft Windows programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
