Definitions of Parking Restrictions

MPM Residents Only: The parking listing is reserved for anyone that has signed a lease for a residential unit managed by MPM that will be active for the duration of the parking term. Note: Some exclusions do apply. In limited cases, MPM handles the marketing and leasing, but the property is not managed by MPM during Tenancy.

Property Specific Residents Only: The parking listing is reserved for residents of a specific property or group of properties. You must have signed a lease for one of those properties and those lease dates must cover the parking term.

Compact Only: Parking spaces will not accommodate large vehicles. The space my be limited by width, length, or height. It is recommended that potential parking lessees view the space before signing a parking contract.

Motorcycles Only: This parking space will only fit motorcycles or mopeds. In most cases, trikes and other 3 wheeled vehicles cannot be accommodated in one of these spaces.

Restricted Hours: During set hours and or days the parking space must be vacated by lessee.

Badger Game Day Restriction: A specific case of restricted hours where parking is restricted on all UW Badger Home Football Gamedays because the parking location is used for event parking.

Parking spaces are assigned. If parking is not assigned then spaces are first come first serve to all active parking lessees at that property.
